Happy Birthday Juliette Low (2026)

This patch shows Juliette Low dressed up and ready to go to her birthday party.  Every year on her birthday she made sure her dress was special and unique since she was born on Halloween.

Note: For glow in the dark threads you need to expose your patches for at least 5-7 minutes in the light to activate the glow process.

Bracelet kit can be used as a craft for Juliette Low party or event.

More about Juliette Low:  Her Hobbies: She loved animals, especially horses. She had many pets throughout her life. She enjoyed drawing, painting, sculpting, designing, sewing, and acting.   At age 12, she helped created a club with her cousins called the “Helpful Hands Club”.  The purpose of the club was to help others by mending clothing and other thoughtful deeds that were needed in the community.  Many years later, she was living in Scotland with her husband, and she met Lord Baden Powell and he told her about the scouting program for boys. She decided she was going to create a scouting program for girls.  She soon started a troop in Scotland called Girl Guides.  Later she moved back to the USA to start a troop in Savannah Georgia with her niece and her friends. The first meeting was March 12, 1912 and it had 18 girls.  She was 50 years old and she sold her pearls to continue the program.

 NOT REQUIRED--but if you want to earn the charms:

Hat: Donate Halloween costumes, attend a costume party or masquerade ball,  host a Halloween party, decorate hats, participate in a fall festival, set up or attend a haunted house, attend a parade, go through a corn maze, recycle used costumes adding trim, shiny buttons, etc.

Candy: donate candy to soldiers, collect candy and food to donate at food pantries, decorate candy bags, place fun treats on your neighbors doorstep, go trick or treating, participate in trunk or treat, make concessions for a party, have a bake sale, make cute bags of candy to donate to shelters, pantries, hospitals, etc. 

Cupcake:  Celebrate Juliette Low's or scout birthday, decorate cupcakes with sprinkles and more, donate cupcakes for a shelter, make a birthday in a bag and donate it to food pantry, bake special treats, learn more about cupcake or cake decorating.

Pumpkin: Celebrate Halloween, carve or paint a pumpkin, create some spider cookies or monster mash popcorn mix, play themed games, Monster Mash dance party, ghost tour, movie party,  go to a pumpkin patch, attend an escape game, corn maze, fall event, or hay ride.

Volunteer at event during this Halloween or fall season to earn all the charms.
