USE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS AS A GUIDE> COMPLETE 1
1. Learn more about geocaching or letterboxing. Follow the clues to the boxes. For extra, create or use a rubber stamp to stamp into their journal.
2. Learn more about boating, sailing words, and phrases. Examples include: port, starboard, and fore.
3. Use a compass or a map and follow the instructions on how to get to a camping site or trail at your local park. [adult supervision]
4. Play a game or board game that includes a map or clues, travel, boats, or the compass points.
Examples include: Ticket to ride, all aboard, destination USA, twenty questions, etc.
5. Draw a map from your sidewalk/street to your bedroom. How many steps is it to your room?
6. Attend a workshop or event that involves using a map, letterboxing, camping, or learning how to use a compass.
7. Create an outdoor fun day with your family or friends.
